  • Patent number: 7198873
Abstract: A method of optimizing lithographic processing to achieve substrate uniformity, is presented herein. In one embodiment, The method includes deriving hyper-sampled correlation information indicative of photoresist behavior for a plurality of wafer substrates processed at pre-specified target processing conditions. The derivation includes micro-exposing subfields of the substrates with a pattern, processing the substrates at the various target conditions, determining photoresist-related characteristics of the subfields (e.g., Bossung curvatures), and extracting correlation information regarding the subfield characteristics and the different target processing conditions to relate the target conditions as a function of subfield characteristics. The method then detects non-uniformities in a micro-exposed subsequent substrate-processed under production-level processing conditions and exploits the correlation information to adjust the production-level conditions and achieve uniformity across the substrate.

  • Patent number: 7200862
Abstract: A namespace management module utilizes a persistent reservation store that associates URI namespaces with one or more permissions. The reservation store can contain a number of reservation entries that each include a URI identifying a URI namespace and a corresponding Access Control List (“ACLs”) that includes permissions for the identified URI namespace. When a request to register a URI namespace is received, the permissions of an appropriate ACL can be checked to determine if the registration is approved. When a resource request is received, permissions of the ACLs can also be checked to determine if the resource request should be routed to a registered process. Preemptive wildcards can be included in aggregated URIs to identify aggregated URI namespaces. Aggregated URIs can be included in registration requests to override the registration of unauthorized processes.

  • Patent number: 7199924
Abstract: Apparatus and method for spectral-beam combining light from a plurality of high-power fiber lasers that, in some embodiments, use two substantially identical diffraction gratings in a parallel, mutually compensating configuration to combine a plurality of separate parallel input beams each having a slightly different successively higher wavelength into a single output beam of high quality. In other embodiments, a single diffraction grating is used to combine a plurality of different wavelengths, wherein the input laser beams are obtained from very narrow linewidth sources to reduce chromatic dispersion. In some embodiments, diagnostics and adjustments of wavelengths and/or positions and angles are made dynamically in real time to maintain the combination of the plurality input beams into a single high-quality output beam.

  • Patent number: 7200144
Abstract: A router for use in a network includes a scalable architecture and performs methods for implementing quality of service on a logical unit behind a network port; and for implementing storage virtualization. The architecture includes a managing processor, a supervising processor; and a plurality of routing processors coupled to a fabric. The managing processor has an in-band link to a routing processor. A routing processor receives a frame from the network, determines by parsing the frame, the protocol and logical unit number, and routes the frame to a queue according to a traffic class associated with the logical unit number in routing information prepared for the processors. An arbitration scheme empties the queue in accordance with a deficit round robin technique. If a routing processor detects the frame's destination is a virtual entity, and so is part of a virtual transaction, the router conducts a nonvirtual transaction in concert with the virtual transaction.
