  • Publication number: 20190392112
Abstract: Prior art methods of calculating chemical bonds, and chemical reactions utilize empirical or statistical methods. My prior filing teachings describe a magnetic-like field, called ‘nucleomagnetics’, for each particle, which aids calculations of the position, velocity, bonding strength, and other attributes gets calculated by previous filings in this series. The prior filings allow three-dimensional calculations for electrons relative to a nucleus, its particles, and its nucleomagnetics axis, as a set, in that frame of reference. My prior filings focused on methods related to that nucleomagnetics field from the nucleus particles. From that basis, the electron positions, shells, subshells, and bonding angles calculate.

  • Publication number: 20180350477
Abstract: The systems with a combination of a) methods to orient and/or stabilize the radioactive material to a magnetic axis and b) a delivery or reflection method of particles at a specific angle relative to the induced orientation to improve the penetration of said particles past the electrons shell into the nucleus for nuclear decay at a rate faster than the standard half-life calculations or similar reflection methods and systems to redirect decay-expulsion particles back at the preferred angles that increase the target material decay rate. Includes methods of pre-preparation of material, and in production use to extend useful periods of materials such that disposal of used materials deeper in their life when it is already less radioactive.

  • Patent number: 10116803
Abstract: A system and method of re-routing a toll free telephony call if an interexchange carrier is unable to connect the toll free call to a target telephony station. A routing server accesses a primary and auxiliary routing database to retrieve a plurality of routing codes, including a primary routing code associated with an interexchange carrier computer, to which the routing server can route the toll free call to via an access tandum. If the routing server receives a status back from the access tandum indicating the toll free call did not complete, the routing server dynamically re-routes the toll free call based on one or a plurality of previously accessed routing codes. Such re-routing shall occur via the access tandum or via a voice over Internet Protocol provider server.

  • Publication number: 20180068572
Abstract: A three-dimensional instructional manipulative, model or display, including base units, with differentiation by methods including shape, color, size or markings, representing nucleus particles such as protons and neutrons, where each particle utilizes connections so that protons are separated by at least one neutron resulting in a structure that is chain, chain-ring, multiple-layer rings or combinations of those elements together with an indicator, based upon the nucleus as a set, of magnetic orientation, magnetic field shape, magnetic strength; and a further claim with options where those base unit connections operated via magnetics; and further claim adding at least one of the following: a spindle or platform for placement of the nucleus within orientation to the structure; placement of electrons features; and/or rotation mechanisms in one or more dimensions, and or indicators of the magnetic fields of the individual base units representing nuclear particles.

  • Publication number: 20090307183
Abstract: A system and method are provided for transmitting communications according to unique definition identifiers associated with the underlying elements (e.g., words) of the communications. The unique defintion identifiers are unique identifiers associated with a specific defintion, such as a unique numerical code of a certain length. Rather than storing, analyzing and transmitting the particular words that make up a communication, the communication is transmitted by a set of unique definition identifiers in accordance with the present system and method.

  • Publication number: 20090198488
Abstract: A system and method are provided for analyzing communications to disambiguate the meaning of the analyzed communications using placements into a fixed hierarchical structure based on the words, position and grammar of the communications. The disambiguated meaning of the communications can be used in conjunction with other functional programs (e.g., search engines, email, word processing). The system and method may further analyze communications associated with a communicator to determine a profile (attributes, preferences, relationships, trends, ratios) for the communicator indicated by the communications. Automated communications can be generated to match the attributes of any communicator's preferences stored in their profile, to match the attributes of other communications, or to match certain standards.

  • Publication number: 20070143329
Abstract: A system and method is provided which processes communication into a useful multi-dimensional, hierarchical structure that illustrates visible multi-dimensional relationships between elements of the communication and also provides an understanding of the concepts underlying the communication. A communication is initially separated into its constituent elements. Queries to structured databases and novel relational tables are then performed to reference predetermined relationships between the communication elements and hierarchical categories, where information placements in the databases and tables are utilized to generate a hierarchical structure corresponding to the communication that provides a visual analysis and/or interpretation of the communication. By understanding the underlying concepts and tone of the communication, an automated communications analysis system is provided that allows prompt procedures, such as the grading and evaluation of writing, to be performed in an accurate manner.
