  • Publication number: 20200324534
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a multi-layer polymer panel resistant to heat build-up and color fading. The panel includes a first exterior facing, polymer layer formulated from polyvinylidene difluoride that is in the range of about 90-99% opaque. In addition, a second layer is formulated from polyvinyl chloride and additives. A third layer is positioned beneath the middle layer wherein the third layer is comprised of a formulation in the range of about 60-70% by weight polyvinyl chloride and in the range of about 20-30% by weight poly(a-methylstyrene-styrene-acrylonitrile).

  • Patent number: 9249579
Abstract: A kit for securing stone veneer panels to a structure, the kit comprising a plurality of stone veneer panels with upper and lower flanges, a plurality of brackets for securing the panels to the structure and a filler panel for placement between adjacent vertically disposed stone veneer panels to fill the gap between the panels. The brackets are secured to the structure through a bracket center mount and also utilize upper and lower wing walls to form a channel for receipt of the flange of the panels.

  • Patent number: 8677709
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an interlocking siding panel system for securing to the side of a structure with planar surfaces. When the panel is secured to the structure through the nail strip a full contact strip opposite the nail strip lays flat against the structure causing the panel portion below an point of inflection in the panel to raise up off of the structure creating a gap to facilitate movement of moisture past a locking leg that integrates with the panel below.

  • Patent number: 6341463
Abstract: A siding panel is provided having a front side and a rear side. The siding panel includes a nail hem for securing the siding panel to a support structure. The nail hem has a proximal member for mounting adjacent to the supports structure and a distal member spaced from the proximal member and the support structure. The distal member terminates in a free end. The siding panel further includes a catch projecting outwardly from the panel. The catch forming an impediment for the free end of the distal member thereby preventing further outward movement of the free end of the distal member.

  • Patent number: 6341464
Abstract: A siding panel is provided for attachment to a structure and connection to a similar overlapping siding panel in interlocking relationship. The panel includes a strip for attachment, such as by nailing, to a supporting structure, a receiver formed by outer and inner bends, at least one stretch extending away from the strip and presenting a gap between the outer bend and the stretch, a base and a projection, all extending the length of the panel. The projection is configured to interfit with a receiver of an adjacent panel, with the projection including a flange, a return bend and a cantilever leg. The projection snap fits into the receiver, with the cantilever leg deflecting as the return bend flexes to permit passage of the projection into the receiver.
