    Abstract: An apparatus and related method for a dock housing for a pre-existing loading dock. The dock housing includes a base with top and bottom surfaces and front, back and opposed sidewalls. The front wall has integral fork pockets for interaction with forks on a fork truck for movement of the base into a desired location and the top surface has an opening to receive a dock leveler into such opening. Also included is a modular frame mounted onto the base in sections, the sections including a frame-front wall, opposed frame-sidewalls and a frame-top wall, the frame-front wall having a trailer-receiving opening to receive a trailer, the frame-sidewalls including a slotted-base attachment for securement of the base and sidewalls together. The dock housing is formed by securing the frame-sidewalls to a wall of a pre-existing building as well as securing the base, the frame-front wall and the frame-top wall together.

The master control receives an executable file containing software associated with circuit boards, extracts a piece of software from the executable file, determines whether a version of the piece of software is more desirable than a version of software installed on an associated circuit board, and upon determination that the version of the piece of software is more desirable, install the piece of software onto the associated circuit board by transmitting the piece of software to the associated circuit board as a plurality of data packets, determining whether an acknowledgment of each data packet is received from the associated circuit board within a threshold time period, and upon determination that acknowledgment of at least one data packet is not received from the associated circuit board within the threshold time period, restarting the installation of the piece of software.

Resurfacing a cast metallic component, of iron, steel, or the like with metal spray coating may include removing deeply embedded grease from pores of cast surface material of a cast component, in preparation for spraying the cast component with metal spray resurfacing material.
