Abstract: A pipe joint with a socket, and a pipe fitted into the socket. An annular seal is compressed between the socket and the pipe. The seal is electrically conductive and resiliently flexible. The socket or the pipe has a recess which houses the seal. The recess has a ridge in a base of the recess and the seal has a groove which extends around a radial periphery of the seal. The ridge fits into the groove to fool proof the installation, such that a standard non-conductive O-ring seal is more difficult to install in error.

Abstract: A fuel system for an aircraft including a fuel tank for storing fuel during operation of the aircraft and a diffuser disposed inside the fuel tank. The diffuser is configured such that it forms part of a flow path configured to connect a fuel source to the inside of the fuel tank. The diffuser includes a wall which at least partially defines an internal space of the diffuser; an opening in the wall, which provides access to the internal space; and a blocking component configured to block the opening.

Abstract: A support member configured to support a first structure within an aperture of a second structure is disclosed. The support member comprises a bracket for attaching the support member to the second structure; and a funnel part. The diameter of the base of the funnel is less than or equal to the diameter of the aperture, and is substantially equal to the diameter of a part of the first structure to be supported by the support member.

Abstract: A fuel pipe assembly is disclosed including a connector having a socket and a lug arrangement extending from the socket, a pipe having a first end portion adapted to fit within the socket, and a retainer having first and second parts which together form a collar configured to retain a pipe. The retainer has an open condition in which a pipe is insertable, and a closed condition. The retainer also has a channel arranged, in the closed condition, to capture the lug arrangement.

Abstract: A pipe support for supporting a pipe of an aircraft fuel system is disclosed. The pipe support has first and second parts which together form a collar to retain the pipe. The first and second parts of the pipe support are able to be moved relative to each other between an open condition, in which the pipe is insertable between the first and second parts, and a closed condition, in which the first and second parts are brought together to retain the pipe. The collar is locatable in an opening in a structural member, such as a wing rib. When the collar is located in the opening in the wing rib, the pipe support is restricted from moving from the closed condition.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cosmetic or dermatological composition, as well as a cell culture medium. This composition and this medium contain an ecdysteroid, an ecdysteroid derivative or a plant or animal extract containing it. This composition is aimed notably to give to skin a smoother and softer appearance, to strengthen the water barrier function of skin, and to strengthen the cohesion of the cells of the epidermis. This composition may also be used for improving the hair appearance. The cell medium may be used advantageously for the mass culture of keratinocytes.
