    Abstract: An improved steering wheel cover of a resilient tubular member having an inner surface of a knurly configuration and an outer fabric covering is provided. A plurality of locking tab members can extend from either side of the edge of the inner surface to provide a complementary locking configuration. Preferably, the insulating characteristics of Neoprene are utilized for the resilient member.
