  • Publication number: 20220146066
Abstract: Techniques for creating, configuring, and employing flow management lights are presented. Such light(s) can comprise or be associated with a flow management component (FMC) that can employ sensors to monitor environmental conditions in a defined area of people or vehicle traffic, and can enhance its function to manage flow and security of the people or vehicle traffic. Such light(s) can be installed in a defined area. FMC can monitor and determine a context associated with the defined area, and can adjust light output or another parameter(s) of one or more lights based on the determined context. Over time, FMC can learn contexts of people or vehicle traffic at various times and adjust operations accordingly for the particular context at a specific time. FMC can control operations of such light(s) in relation to enhancing security and safety of people or traffic, business and sales operations, and other objectives.

  • Patent number: 11054122
Abstract: A light fixture mounting assembly includes a surface mount, a lighting unit mount configured to engage the surface mount, and an arm connecting the surface mount to the lighting unit mount. The lighting unit mount is movable in use between a first configuration in which the lighting unit mount is disengaged from the surface mount and supported by the arm and a second configuration in which the lighting unit mount is engaged to the surface mount. Moving the lighting unit mount from the first configuration to the second configuration includes moving the lighting unit mount relative to the surface mount in a first direction to cause the surface mount and the lighting unit mount to draw closer together in a second direction that is nonparallel to the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20210102002
Abstract: Novel Heterodimeric IgG-Like Bispecific Antibodies (HILBAs) are provided herein. Such bispecific antibodies are similar to IgG in structure and, thus, do not exhibit a limited half-life like previous antibody fragment-based bispecifics. Moreover, such heterodimeric IgG-like bispecific antibodies advantageously do not entail complicated generation methods such as Fab arm exchange and common light chain methods. Unlike canonical IgG antibodies, the HILBAs described herein include at least one monomer that is from N- to C-terminus: a VH-scFv linker-VL-CL-domain linker-CH1-hinge-CH2-CH3.

  • Publication number: 20210073875
Abstract: Illustrative embodiments are directed to methods and computer systems for reporting unusual or anomalous usage a commodity by consumers. A computer system retrieves a set of usage-information datasets corresponding to a set of consumers, each dataset including past usage of the commodity during at least one of a completed billing period and a current usage of the commodity during the current billing period. The computer system establishes a set of report-trigger conditions for the current billing period, each of the report-trigger conditions corresponding to a consumer. The computer system may monitor usage or spending of the set of consumers to determine, for each consumer, whether an estimated usage established for each consumer fulfills the consumer's report-trigger condition. Once the report-trigger condition is fulfilled, the computer system outputs a report to the consumer.
