    Abstract: Provided herein are IL-2 muteins, IL-2 mutein Fc-fusion molecules, anti-IL-2 antibodies, and complexes comprising an anti IL-2 antibody bound to an IL-2 cytokine that preferentially expand and activate T regulatory cells and are amenable to large scale production. Also provided herein are variant human IgG1 Fc molecules lacking or with highly reduced effector function and high stability despite lacking glycosylation at N297. Also provided herein are linker peptides that are glycosylated when expressed in mammalian cells. Also provided herein are methods of making and using the compositions of the present invention.

    Abstract: A product-display system for displaying and securing a retail product. The system may include a retainer having a retainer bracket and a retainer body coupled to the retainer bracket. A retaining cable may be coupled to the retainer body at an opening in the retainer body. A fastener that may be unfastened to release the product from the retainer may only be accessed through the opening of the retainer body such that when the retaining cable is coupled to the opening, no fasteners of the retainer may be visible or accessible. The system may also include a display stem for holding the retainer and product. The display stem may include a recess for receiving at least a portion of the retainer body. The retaining cable may extend through the display stem and may simultaneously transmit power and data to a displayed product. The retainer may be returned to and held on top of the display stem using a retaining cable.

    Abstract: One or more examples relate, generally, to an apparatus. Such an apparatus includes a digital interface, a wake detect logic, and a power management connection. The digital interface may define a physical layer transceiver side of a connection between a physical layer transceiver and a physical layer controller, respectively of a 10SPE physical layer. The wake detect logic may communicate a source of detected wake from the physical layer transceiver to the physical layer controller via the digital interface. The power management connection may operatively couple to an enable connection of a switched voltage regulator.

Also disclosed is a digital interface for operatively coupling a PHY controller to PHY transceiver over a low-pin count connection, where the digital interface includes circuitry for checking the integrity of circuitry of the digital interface.

    Abstract: A gaming device includes a symbol generator having a plurality of adjacently arranged sections. A plurality of the sections are each associated with or display one or a plurality of characteristics. The sections associated with the characteristics are each associated with or display a symbol or an award. At least one of the sections is a designated section and is not initially associated with a characteristic. The designated section is operable to sequentially display one, more or each of the characteristics associated with the other non-designated sections. When the symbol generator indicates one of the sections that displays an award and is associated with a characteristic, the gaming device provides the player with the award associated with the section. When the symbol generator indicates the designated section, the gaming device sequentially associates or displays a plurality of the characteristics associated with the other sections with the designated section.
