  • Patent number: 11567111
Abstract: A measurement device providing a graphical user interface (GUI) to a user on a remote terminal comprising at least one first processor; and at least one first memory including one or more first sequences of instructions to perform the steps of transmitting a GUI displaying a at least one of a first, a second, a third, and a fourth image in response to at least one of a voltage characteristic, a current characteristic, and a load characteristic obtained from the user through the GUI on the remote terminal. Then, the measurement device stores in a memory the at least one of the voltage characteristic, the current characteristic, and the load characteristic.

  • Patent number: 11493545
Abstract: A measurement device, such as a power meter or power submeter, may comprise a frame disposed in a housing dividing an interior volume of the housing into a first volume and a second volume. An external power source is connected to the device in the first volume and the frame may serve as an insulative barrier between the first volume and an exterior it and the housing. The device may alternatively, or additional include, an user interface assembly that is configured to mounted in a same orientation regardless of an orientation of the device or housing of a device relative to the external power source.

  • Publication number: 20190011143
Abstract: A room condition monitor (RCM) that includes a processor with an embedded router software object that is in signal communication with a first communication connector including an interface for the transmission receipt of data packages over a building management system (BMS) communication network according to a first network protocol. A second communication connector with a second network protocol interface is provided for communication with network legacy devises (I/O devices) through the RCM router according to a second network protocol.

  • Patent number: 10119712
Abstract: A room condition monitor (RCM) that includes a processor with an embedded router software object that is in signal communication with a first communication connector including BACnet/IP interface for the transmission receipt of data packages over a building management system (BMS) communication network according to a BACnet/IP protocol. The RCM also includes a room condition sensor for detecting a room condition. In addition, the RCM includes a projected capacitive LCD screen display to display information regarding the detected room condition, or other building information associated with the BMS. A second communication connector with a second network protocol interface is provided for communication with network legacy devises through the RCM router.

  • Publication number: 20180017460
Abstract: A system for controlling pressure associated with a volume may comprising a pump and piston/cylinder assembly, both in fluid communication with a volume of a closed fluid system. In addition, the system may comprise an actuator operatively connected to the actuator and pump to control fluid flow and pressurization or depressurization of the volume and/or fluid flow system. The pump is activated to generate a first pressure level of the closed fluid system and when this first pressure level is reached the actuator is activated to drive the piston/cylinder assembly to reach a pressure set point from the first pressure level. The system may be used as a calibrator or a pressure controller for pressure differentials, gauge pressure or absolute pressure.

  • Publication number: 20120194172
Abstract: A current sensing device (50) having a plurality of discrete, repeatable, user-selectable setpoint values. Current sensing circuitry (32) of the device includes a multi-position switch (34) operative to alternatively connect discrete impedances (e.g. resistors R1, R2, R3, or R4) into the circuit in order to change the setpoint value. A calibration scale (42) associated with a user-input knob (44) of the multi-position switch may be marked with values of horsepower which correspond to the size of a motor that has a motor nameplate rating equivalent to the sensed current setpoint associated with each switch position. A second switch (52) may be provided to allow the user to select an offset for the setpoint value.
