  • Publication number: 20250024523
Abstract: The disclosure describes techniques for configuring wireless routers of a wireless mesh network with one or more secondary wireless access points (WAPs) such that client devices connected to the mesh network may remain online in the event that a primary WAP goes offline or otherwise becomes unavailable. For instance, a user of the wireless mesh network may specify a device, such as a mobile electronic device connected to a cellular network, to operate as a secondary WAP in the event that a primary WAP becomes unavailable. Thereafter, upon a wireless router of the mesh network detecting that the primary WAP is unavailable, the wireless router may perform a network scan to identify SSID(s) that are available within the environment. The wireless router may also instruct the other routers of the mesh network to perform a network scan.

  • Patent number: 12147573
Abstract: Protecting sensitive data from unauthorized disclosure is provided. For example, systems, methods, and computer readable storage devices are described that may be operable or configured to tokenize sensitive data attributes that may be included in a data file received from a client. Tokens that are anonymized but representative of the attributes may be generated and mapped to the sensitive data attributes. A tokenized data file may be de-tokenized and re-tokenized to perform processes that require the sensitive data attributes. A document may be transformed to protect the sensitive data attributes while reducing risk of disclosure of the sensitive data.

  • Publication number: 20240252896
Abstract: A command measurement system employs a ball flight tracking system that measures the location of a ball as it breaks the plane of the strike zone. The command measurement system also employs an intended pitch location system that provides the pitcher with a wireless signal to inform the pitcher of the intended pitch location. This intended pitch location target forms the pitcher's intent of where he or she is trying to pitch the ball. The measured pitch location is compared to the intended pitch location and a measure of command is determined by the amount of deviation of the measured location from the intended pitch location.

  • Publication number: 20240250815
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for implementing encryption of data-in-motion and/or otherwise stored data using a key server and a secure enclave of a Network Interface Card (NIC). The NIC acts as a passthrough between the client device and the shared infrastructure of the supercomputer system to help ensure data security in a massively scaled and distributed system. For example, in response to an enrollment process that stores a decrypted key in the secure enclave of a NIC, the NIC can receive a data packet from a client device. The NIC can transmit a key request to a key server that includes an encrypted key corresponding to the decrypted key. The key server can look up the previously stored private/public key pair to authenticate the NIC. The key server can provide private/public key pair to the NIC to allow the NIC to later encrypt data-in-motion.
