  • Publication number: 20260132596
Abstract: A hydraulic system for a leg assembly of a work machine includes a pump, a tank and a main control valve in selective fluid communication with each of the pump and the tank. The leg assembly includes an actuator defining a rod end and a head end. The hydraulic system also includes a first valve disposed upstream of the head end of the actuator. The first valve is disposed in selective fluid communication with the pump via the main control valve. The hydraulic system further includes a second valve disposed upstream of the rod end of the actuator. The second valve is disposed in selective fluid communication with the pump, via the main control valve, and/or the tank. The second valve selectively controls a fluid flow from the tank and/or the pump towards the rod end of the actuator to retract the actuator.

  • Publication number: 20260043199
Abstract: A system for actuating a moldboard for a work machine includes a linkage defining a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The linkage is movably coupled with a first moldboard section proximal to the first end. The linkage is movably coupled with a second moldboard section proximal to the second end. The system also includes an actuator including a cylinder adapted to be coupled with a portion of the work machine and a rod member coupled with the linkage. During a raising operation of the moldboard, the linkage and the actuator raise the second moldboard section until the second moldboard section at least partially engages with the first moldboard section post which the linkage and the actuator simultaneously raise each of the first moldboard section and the second moldboard section.

  • Publication number: 20250305224
Abstract: A system for controlling a rotor assembly includes a rotor, a gearbox having a number of shift components, an auxiliary motor, and a speed sensor that generates a speed signal indicative of a current speed of the rotor. The system includes one or more processors that determine whether the number of shift components are in an engaged position and engage the auxiliary motor with the rotor to rotate the rotor if the number of shift components are not in the engaged position. The one or more processors receive the speed signal from the speed sensor after the auxiliary motor is engaged with the rotor and compare the current speed of the rotor with a threshold speed of the rotor. The one or more processors maintain the engagement of the auxiliary motor with the rotor if the current speed of the rotor is below the threshold speed of the rotor.

  • Patent number: 12208741
Abstract: A method and system for generating an augmented machine view. The augmented machine view may include a dynamic virtual machine model representing an actual working machine, overlayed with camera footage from around the working machine. The dynamic virtual machine model may be synched in time with the camera footage. The system for generating the augmented machine view may include cameras mounted on the actual machine and machine sensors monitoring the position and movements of individual components of the machine.

  • Publication number: 20190101641
Abstract: An electronic controller comprises a memory including computer executable instructions for detecting an underground object, and a processor coupled to the memory and configured to execute the computer executable instructions, the computer executable instructions when executed by the process cause the processor to: sense a signal indicating the presence of an underground object, and send a control signal to a machine control system or a work tool control system to alter the movement of the machine or the work tool.

  • Patent number: 9464580
Abstract: A prime mover transfers power to a separate hydraulic circuits via a power take off (PTO). In some situations, a peak torque demand in one of the hydraulic circuits may cause the total torque of all hydraulic circuits to exceed a rated torque at the PTO. An apparatus measures hydraulic fluid pressure in a first hydraulic circuit and adjusts the hydraulic fluid pressure in a second hydraulic circuit. Because pressure is directly correlated to torque at a pump, by adjusting the pressure in the second circuit based on the current pressure in the first hydraulic circuit, the total torque may be capped below the maximum torque rating at the PTO. The first hydraulic circuit may have a higher priority function, such as steering, compared to that of the second hydraulic circuit which may, for example, power a tool.

  • Publication number: 20160237637
Abstract: Soil stabilization systems and methods for stabilization of a ground surface are disclosed. The systems and methods may include a stabilization machine having a mixing chamber, a dry additive deliver system for delivering dry additive from a dry additive storage truck and a water delivery system for delivering water from a water storage truck. The systems and methods may further include the delivery of dry additive and water directly to the mixing chamber of a stabilization machine.
