Abstract: Methods and systems for scheduling appointments in healthcare environments are described. An example method of scheduling appointments in healthcare environments includes determining a patient's availability and priority level and identifying, based on patient selection, one of a plurality of time slots. Additionally, the example method includes identifying another patient's willingness to reschedule their appointment for compensation if the one of the plurality of time slots is scheduled by the other patient, scheduling the patient in the one of the plurality of time slots using a processor if the one of the plurality of time slots is available or if the other patient has indicated a willingness to reschedule their appointment for compensation and compensating the other patient if the one of the plurality of time slots was previously scheduled by the other patient.

Abstract: Certain examples provide a personal health management system including a data store, a processor, and a user interface. The data store is to store data related to patient health, the data store to store at least personal health record data for a patient. The processor is to gather and process data from the data store to determine a personalized plan of care for the patient using patient health data from the personal health record for the patient, patient preference information, and patient insurance information. The user interface is to display information related to the personalized plan of care for the patient and to facilitate user review and interaction with the displayed plan of care and the underlying patient health data.

Abstract: Navigation systems and methods for users having different physical classifications are described. An example method of navigating a user to a destination based on a selected physical classification includes identifying, based on user selection, the physical classification associated with the user and the destination and determining a route to the destination to accommodate the selected physical classification. Additionally, the example method includes conveying the route to the user and alerting the user of one or more items of interest associated with the selected physical classification and the determined route.
