    Abstract: An indoor cycling device including a unique frame arrangement with fore and aft adjustable seat and handlebar assemblies. The assemblies support a seat and handlebars for fore and aft movement. The assemblies may include a receiver with an elongate aperture with a slider positioned therein. The slider defines a first channel receiving a moveable member. A handle is operably coupled with the member to move the member within the channel in a first direction or a second direction such that a frictionally coupling is caused between the slider and the receiver when the slider is moved in the first direction and releases the coupling when the slider is moved in the second direction.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present invention relate to a weight stack including a weight selector mechanism providing an adjustable source of resistance for use with a variety of load bearing exercise devices. The weight stack can include a plurality of weight plates stacked one on top of another. The weight selection mechanism can include a weight selector member extending through and adapted to selectively connect with each weight plate. The weight selector member can include a plurality of projections adapted to selectively engage engagement surfaces in the weight plates. A user can rotate the weight selector member with a selector knob to connect the desired number of weights to be lifted with the weight selector member. Embodiments of the weight stack can also include a locking mechanism that prevent a user from turning the weight selector member once a sufficient lifting force is applied to the selected weight plates.

    Abstract: The exercise devices disclosed herein are configurable to allow a user to perform various exercises. The exercise device can include an adjustable bench assembly connected with a frame supporting a cable-pulley assembly providing a user interface with a resistance system. A user can interface with an actuation component to pull resistance cables against resistance from the resistance system. Various exercise accessories can be provided that are easily connected with and removed from the exercise device to allow a user to perform different exercises. Some examples of exercise accessories are used to configure the exercise device for squat, abdominal, leg extension, leg curl, and arm curl exercises. The frame can also be configured to selectively place the exercise device in a stationary operating configuration supported by the frame on a support surface and a storage configuration wherein the exercise device is rollingly supported on the support surface by wheels.

    Abstract: The present invention provides attachment and mounting assemblies that allow a user to releasably connect various accessories with an exercise device, such as an exercise bench. As such, a user use a plurality of different exercise accessories with a single exercise bench. Some attachment assemblies can include a mounting bracket connected with an exercise accessory and configured to releasably connect with different components of the exercise bench. The mounting bracket can be configured with one or more hooks adapted to engage one or more bosses or studs on an accessory support member connected with the exercise bench. In addition, a removable pin can be inserted through corresponding apertures in the support member and mounting bracket to help secure the exercise accessory to the exercise bench.
