  • Publication number: 20250156737
Abstract: To mine and visualize related topics in a knowledge base, where a knowledge base is mined for related topics to create a knowledge graph that is output as a visualization display of automatically suggested related topics. To mine the knowledge base an approach has been developed which incorporates user personalized results in addition to semantic context. The results are displayed in a visualization display for user interaction. While interacting with a suggested topic the user can view and select related topic information which enables users to discover other similar or related topics they would be interested in gaining additional context about. Thus, the related topics and visualization display according to aspects described herein may serve the purpose of more effective utilization and exploration of the knowledge base.

  • Publication number: 20230028381
Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating an enterprise user to obtain an answer to a user question within an enterprise based on an enterprise knowledge graph are provided. In particular, an enterprise server may receive the user question from the enterprise user, determine a suggested topic associated with the user question based on the enterprise knowledge graph by transforming the user question into a semantic representation to identify a plurality of similar entities within the enterprise knowledge graph, and determine whether a relevant question-and-answer (Q&A) pair linked to the suggested topic exists based on the enterprise knowledge graph. In response to a determination that the relevant Q&A pair does not exist, the enterprise server may determine a predicted answer to the user question and update the enterprise knowledge graph.

  • Patent number: 5506868
Abstract: Circuitry is described for providing a telephone line interface circuit of a MODEM for a computer with an AC impedance and DC voltage/current characteristics required by a given type telephone network such that the telephone line interface circuit can be matchingly connected with the given type telephone network. The given type telephone network provides an identification code representative of the required AC impedance and DC voltage/current characteristics. The circuitry comprises a plurality of impedance components that, when connected to the telephone line interface circuit, determine the AC impedance and DC voltage/current characteristics of the telephone line interface circuit. A plurality of terminals are coupled to receive a plurality of control signals associated with the identification code.
