    Abstract: A rotational engine that includes an annular cylinder block having an inner elliptical shape. A circular member having a number of cylinder heads is positioned centrally within the annular cylinder block. Upper and lower cylinder walls are positioned in recesses formed on the top and bottom surfaces of the annular cylinder block. Cylinder gates are disposed between the adjacent cylinder heads and extend radially to contact an inner surface of the annular cylinder block. The cylinder heads and upper and lower cylinder walls are coupled such that they rotate as a unit in response to an ignition of a fuel mixture.
