  • Patent number: 12264992
Abstract: A system configured to monitor a condition of a fluid conduit includes a leak detection sensor assembly having a first electrical conductor and a second electrical conductor positioned on the fluid conduit. The system also includes one or more additional sensor assemblies positioned on the fluid conduit. The system further includes a controller configured to determine a presence of a leak along the fluid conduit in response to a resistance of a leak detection electrical circuit formed by the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor indicating that the leak detection electrical circuit is closed and data from the one or more additional sensor assemblies indicating the presence of the leak along the fluid conduit.

  • Patent number: 12257464
Abstract: A fire prevention system for a building. The fire protection system has an inlet duct having an interior end and an exterior end. An air handler is disposed at the interior end of the inlet duct to provide air from outside the building to the air handler. A flame arrester is located at the exterior end of the inlet duct to prevent burning embers from entering the inlet duct. The fire protection system also includes an interior duct system for distributing air from the air handler through the building. Distribution vents in the interior duct system allow flow of air from the interior duct system to the interior of the building to raise the pressure in the building above the outside pressure. Exhaust vents to allow flow of air out of the building. Also, a method for fire prevention for a building exposed to a fire.

  • Patent number: 12250612
Abstract: A method of determining a physical location for an address. The method includes receiving from a first global positioning system on a vehicle a first set of global positioning data indicative of a vehicle location. The method may also receive from a second global positioning system on a portable electronic device a second set of global positioning data indicative of a portable electronic device location. The method may also receive a set of location metadata associated with a picture. The method determines a residence location from the first set of global positioning data, the second set of global positioning data, or the set of location metadata. The method then associates the physical location to the address.

  • Patent number: 5340348
Abstract: A doll has a body and an item that is sized to be releasably attached to the body. The item includes an attachment portion that is releasably engaged by engaging structure on the body. Covering structure is utilized to cover the engaging structure when the item is not attached to it. The engaging structure may include hook material and both the attachment structure and covering structure may include loop material. The doll may be outfitted with a uniform corresponding to a particular sport. The item may be a piece of sporting equipment proportionally sized relative to the doll and corresponding to the sport of the uniform. A kit may be provided for creating a sporting environment. The kit has an embodiment of the above-described doll, at least one item of sporting equipment proportionately sized relative to the doll, and a box for containing the doll and the sporting equipment.
