    Abstract: A plumbing trap system is provided with a pair of sanitary traps arranged in series between a first draining device and the waste line. The first draining device drains into the first, upstream sanitary trap and then into the second, downstream sanitary trap, and a second draining device drains into the second, downstream sanitary trap. Noise, which is caused by the draining of the second draining device and which emanates from the first draining device is thereby reduced.
