Abstract: The storage cabinet comprises a frame supporting at least two superimposed rows of pivoting storage modules.The closing-opening angle of rotation .beta. of the storage modules is calculated according to the center distance y of the axes of rotation of the modules and of the distance x between the plane defined by the rear upper edges of the storage modules and the plane defined by the front lower edges of the storage modules according to the equation sin .beta.=x/y.The difference between the levels of the lower edge of the front wall of an upper adjacent module and of the upper edge of the rear wall of a lower module is calculated according to the equation z=y (1-cos .beta.).The upper edge of the rear wall of a lower storage module comes in the simultaneous opening movement to stop on the lower edge of the front wall of the adjacent upper storage module so as to precisely stop rotation of the storage modules.

Abstract: The storage cabinet comprises a plurality of superposed storage compartments pivoting about horizontal axes to pass from an open position to a closed position, and vice-versa.Each compartment is in the shape of a trough with a bottom part constituted by a portion of cylinder and two lateral end walls.Each trough is provided at its rear part with a tongue piece which extends inwardly substantially perpendicularly to the bottom wall of the trough and ensures, in the trough closed position, a continuity with the bottom wall of the lower adjacent trough, so that in the closed position, each trough is entirely closed.

Abstract: The tool-chest comprises a rigid frame with deep storage compartments forming a central well, a base receptacle with other storage compartments located around the central well, and a level of tool suspensions on the periphery of the central well above the base receptacle; and a removable rigid lid designed to fit over guiding means provided on the rigid frame, said lid having a flat upper face provided with a recessed portion and an opening to allow the passage and housing-in of a frame handle topping the frame, the lid being adapted to serve as a stool or as steps.
