Abstract: In accordance with at least selected embodiments, a battery separator or separator membrane comprises one or more co-extruded multi-microlayer membranes optionally laminated or adhered to another polymer membrane. The separators described herein may provide improved strength, for example, improved puncture strength, particularly at a certain thickness, and may exhibit improved shutdown and/or a reduced propensity to split.

Abstract: An article of footwear may include an upper with an outer layer, an inner layer, and a chamber element positioned at least partially between the outer layer and the upper layer. The chamber element may be formed of two layers of a transparent colored polymer material and may be sealed to enclose a fluid. The chamber element may also have a plurality of subchambers. The outer layer may have a plurality of apertures. Each subchamber may protrude at least partially through a corresponding one of the apertures.

Abstract: Intelligent optimization of mission planning and execution for spacecraft through intelligent analysis of mission objectives and payload operation is disclosed. Values for mission objectives, payload operation, and/or vehicle conditions may be defined during given time periods, including variable values for repeat operations or other factors. These values may then be used through a vehicle/mission simulation agent to optimize the mission plan through maximizing the mission score according to the values. The simulation agent may identify possible mission plans based on vehicle capability, and then score the mission plan based on the total objective score.

Abstract: An industrial controller device includes input ports configured to couple with sensors and output ports configured to couple with industrial output devices. The industrial controller device also includes a display device configured to display a graphical user interface to a user. The industrial controller device additionally includes a processor configured to obtain sensor information regarding a sensor coupled with an input port of the industrial controller device. The sensor information may be provided by the user via the graphical user interface. The sensor may be configured to measure a parameter of an industrial output device. The processor is also configured to acquire sensor signals from the sensor via the input port, to generate sensor measurement data based on the sensor information and the sensor signals, and to perform at least one action with respect to the sensor measurement data.

Abstract: Methods and systems for managing distribution of data are disclosed. The data may be distributed by edge systems to processing systems. The data may be distributed using a data pipeline. The data pipeline may include functionality to process data using different modalities depending on the type of data and operable connectivity between the edge systems and processing systems. By modifying the manner in which the data is processed, limitations in operable connectivity may be managed and a broader array of different types of data may be more efficiently distributed.

Abstract: Independently moving deployment and positioning space vehicles that are configured to deploy and/or position structures are disclosed. The deployment and positioning vehicles may provide a lighter weight, more flexible, and more reliable deployment and positioning system that enables the deployment of space structures that are potentially much larger than currently possible with mechanical components of the structure itself. The deployment and positioning vehicles could be used for removal of failure prone deployment mechanisms for spacecraft. Solar arrays, antennas, panels, instrument booms, etc. could be pulled open and locked into place, and then potentially repositioned and/or reoriented during a mission.

Query models may be employed to obtain data associated with the question from the data sources. Other prompts may be generated based on the data from the data sources to generate candidate answers based on the question and the data from the data sources. An evaluation prompt that includes the candidate answers and the question may be generated to rank the candidate answers for correctness. Answers may be determined based on the ranking of the candidate questions such that top ranked candidate answers are provided to the client.

Actions for evaluating the events may be determined based on the LLM response. These actions may be executed to evaluate the events. Portions of the response that correspond to the prompt fragments may be determined. A performance score may be determined for each prompt fragment based on its corresponding portion of the response such that the prompt may be modified to exclude a portion of the prompt fragments that have a performance score less than a threshold value.
