Abstract: A gravity rail system for transferring wide-mouth preforms comprising a first rail configured to support a first portion of the wide-mouth preform, and a second rail proximate the first rail, where the second rail further comprises a body that defines a cavity. The cavity is configured to receive a second portion of the wide-mouth preform. The cavity has an inner surface configured to prevent jamming of the wide-mouth preform as the preform is transferred along the gravity rail.

A method of coupling various firearm accessories to a firearm may involve positioning an anchor within the body of a firearm accessory to be coupled to the firearm and bringing the anchor into contact with a firearm accessory rail of the firearm. The method may involve bringing the anchor into tension with the firearm accessory rail such that the anchor is securely engaged with the rail (e.g., through the use of a coupling member, integrated anchor shaft, and/or nut or other component). The systems and methods may couple a wide variety of firearm accessories to a wide variety of firearm accessory rails.

A bore hole collects exhaust gases passing over the top of the rod member and directs the gases to vent tunnel(s) which extend perpendicular to the rod member. In the preferred embodiment, a deflecting surface is used to further direct the exhaust gases to the bore hole. Further embodiments provide seals to protect the user from any exhaust gas which has not been vented.

Abstract: A collapsible stock for a firearm and a firearm therewith. The firearm uses an action mechanism to discharge a cartridge so that a bullet travels through a barrel have a length of between seven inches and twenty four inches. The collapsible stock assists the action mechanism in ejecting a spent cartridge and injecting a fresh cartridge into the action. The collapsible stock is a slidable butt member which engages a stock tube. Within the stock tube is a uniform spring capable of reliably operating for varying barrel lengths together with a buffer mechanism working with the spring.
