  • Publication number: 20220026285
Abstract: A temperature sensing system includes a plurality of resistive segments connected in electrical series. Each resistive segment defines a material different from a material of an adjacent resistive segment, and the plurality of resistive segments are joined at sensing junctions to define a plurality of sensing junctions along a length of the resistive segments. A temperature deviation is calculated from the plurality of sensing junctions based on electric potential at each of the sensing junctions.
    Type: Application

    Publication date: January 27, 2022
    Applicant: Watlow Electric Manufacturing Company
    Inventors: Xin LIU, Eric LUDWIG
  • Patent number: 9925735
Abstract: A quilling tool includes a housing, a motor, a spindle, and a platform. The motor is positioned inside the housing and coupled to a power source. The spindle is coupled to the motor and extends from the housing. The motor is operable to rotate the spindle when powered by the power source. The spindle has a portion for receiving a separate strip of paper. The platform is positioned adjacent the spindle and the housing. The platform is removable from the body in order to remove a wound strip of paper. A method for quilling strips of material is also included.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: July 27, 2015
Date of Patent: March 27, 2018
    Assignee: PULSAR ECO PRODUCTS LLC

  • Patent number: 7213738
Abstract: The present invention relates to a selective wave solder machine. In particular, it relates to a system for calibrating and adjusting process points to account for variations in machines and circuit boards. Vision systems are used to locate fiducials on the processing modules and the circuit boards. Differences between stored locations for fiducials relating to the circuit board and the processing modules are used to adjust the positions of stored process points to achieve improved performance.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 30, 2002
Date of Patent: May 8, 2007
    Assignee: Speedline Technologies, Inc.
Inventors: Eric Ludwig, Keith Howell, Troy Beard
