The harness (10) includes one or more hand engageable members (102) allow the person to selectively repositioning a strap (70, 80, 90) of the harness (10) from a first position where the strap (70, 80, 90) extends across an upper portion of a lower torso of the person and a second position where the strap (70, 80, 90) extends across a lower portion of the lower torso of the person.
