Abstract: An apparatus for lifting a material transport vehicle for construction materials is disclosed, along with related systems and methods. The lifting apparatus includes tracks, a lower portion of which extend longitudinally in a primarily vertical direction and an upper portion of which form a reward extending hook shape for installation to a container or wall. A lift vehicle includes wheels, each engaging one of the tracks, and a docking portion which receives, and frictionally engages upon lifting, a portion of the material transport vehicle. A motor, when activated, moves the lift vehicle along the tracks.

Abstract: An apparatus for docking with, lifting, and depositing debris from, a wheelbarrow into a dumpster along with related systems and methods. The apparatus includes a pair of tracks, a lower portion of which extend longitudinally in a primarily vertical direction, and an upper portion of which extending longitudinally rearward in a curve shape to hook over an upper opening of the dumpster when installed. A vehicle includes wheels which engage the tracks and a docking portion which receives, and frictionally engages upon lifting, a portion of the wheelbarrow so that it may be lifted and its debris contained therein deposited into the dumpster.

Abstract: A ruggedized material collection device and related methods are provided. The ground catch device includes a primary catch area defining a perimeter, a ruggedized portion located within the perimeter, and straps. Each strap is attached to the primary catch area and at least some of the straps extend beyond the perimeter when the device is laid flat. Material may be deposited within the primary catch area which is wrapped and preferably secured to itself with buckles. Some of the straps, preferably with grab handles, are used to drag the wrapped materials to another location, with the ruggedized portion acting as abrasion protection. In other embodiments, rigid skids are utilized.

A construction activity is performed at a roof of the building and netting collects debris exiting the downspouts while allowing water to escape. The downspout debris collection devices, with the collected debris trapped therein, are subsequently removed and at least the collected debris are disposed of.

Abstract: Portable and adaptable material handling autonomous guided vehicle (“AGV”) for temporary job sites are disclosed, along with related systems and methods. The AGV may include wheels, a deck, a compartment for receiving materials, and attachment component(s) for detachably securing the compartment to the deck. The AGV may be guided to and/or docked with a docking portion of a motorized and/or automated lift for dumping the materials from the detachable compartment into a dumpster. The AGV may be guided by sensing of temporary navigational markers placed about obstacles at the job site.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing adaptable, reusable, temporary landscape protection at job sites are provided. Temporary structures are constructed which extend over the landscape features when installed. Protective cloths are placed over the temporary structures while work is performed and are subsequently removed. The temporary structures are deconstructed for reconstruction in different form at different job sites to protect different landscape features. The temporary structures may be of various size and shape, specific to the landscape features.
