  • Publication number: 20240131606
Abstract: A reaming tool vacuum assembly comprising: a reaming tool comprising a reaming bit, the reaming bit comprising: a tip end; a base end; a plurality of flutes tapered toward the tip end; a plurality of apertures positioned between the plurality of flutes, wherein the plurality of apertures define a plurality of openings to an interior chamber of the reaming bit; a first rigid tube positioned in the interior chamber of the reaming bit, wherein the reaming bit is rotatable around a longitudinal axis of the first rigid tube and independent of the first rigid tube; and a vacuum to provide suction in the interior chamber of the reaming bit via the first rigid tube.

  • Publication number: 20230350278
Abstract: An imaging device is provided that may be used for visually inspecting structures. In one embodiment, the imaging device includes an image capture device; and a rail system having a stationary component connected to the image capture device and a sliding component for movement along a horizontal axis. The system can further include a jig structure engaged to the sliding component of the rail system. The jig structure may include a first mount location for engagement to a first type connector and a second mount location for engagement to a second type connector. The jig structure is engaged to the sliding component to position the housing so that the first and second mount locations are in line and parallel to a direction of travel along the horizontal axis including a point at which the first and second mount locations pass through the imaging location.

  • Patent number: 11525736
Abstract: A computer determines one or more temperature sensitive components from a part details in a bill of materials for soldering on a printed circuit board assembly, where the bill of materials is a record comprising part details having a reference designator. The computer determines whether temperature sensitive components exist in the bill of materials. Based on determining that at least one of the temperature sensitive components exist in the bill of materials, the computer determines temperature limits for each temperature sensitive component based on the reference designator, monitors, using the thermographic cameras the measured temperatures of the temperature sensitive components during soldering in the reflow oven.

  • Patent number: 11059196
Abstract: Cutting tools are provided for scoring a hose over a fitting. The cutting tool includes a handle with a central pass-through for the hose, and a scoring mechanism adjustably coupled to the handle. The scoring mechanism includes a base member with a central pass-through for the hose, and which is adjustably coupled to the handle. The scoring mechanism further includes an arm-blade subassembly coupled to the base member. The subassembly includes a blade, and an arm with a blade-receiving recess, and a guide surface to contact and travel along a hose. The blade is coupled to the arm within the blade-receiving recess to extend a selected penetration depth from the arm. The arm is radially adjustable with adjustment of the base member relative to the handle to physically contact the guide surface to the hose and insert the blade into the hose the selected penetration depth.
