  • Publication number: 20200337277
Abstract: A rearing device including a framework provided to be placed on a sea bed, at least one rearing enclosure internally delimiting a volume for receiving aquaculture animals, a connection connecting the at least one rearing enclosure to the framework, permitting a rotation of the at least one rearing enclosure with respect to the framework about at least one substantially horizontal axis of rotation, and a float device connected to the at least one rearing enclosure by a flexible connection of a length chosen such that, when the flexible connection is vertically tensioned, the float device is located in the intertidal zone.

  • Publication number: 20200337276
Abstract: A rearing device including a framework, at least one rearing enclosure internally delimiting a volume for receiving aquaculture animals, a float device connected to the at least one rearing enclosure, a connection connecting the at least one rearing enclosure to the framework, permitting a rotation of the at least one rearing enclosure about a first, substantially horizontal axis of rotation, and a rotation of the first axis of rotation with respect to the framework about a second axis of rotation substantially parallel to the first axis of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20200281171
Abstract: A rearing device including a framework, at least one rearing enclosure internally delimiting a volume for receiving aquaculture animals, a float device connected to the at least one rearing enclosure, a connection connecting the at least one rearing enclosure to the framework, permitting a rotation of the at least one rearing enclosure with respect to the framework about at least one substantially horizontal axis of rotation, and a limiting device limiting travel of the at least one rearing enclosure relative to the framework along the vertical direction.

  • Publication number: 20190159434
Abstract: The device for rearing aquaculture animals at sea including at least one stack of rearing enclosures superimposed on top of each other in a longitudinal direction, and blades linked to the rearing enclosures and arranged such that the rearing enclosures are rotated around a longitudinal axis by the sea current; the rotation combined with the inclination of the longitudinal axis produced by the current causes the animals to roll against each other in the enclosures during periods of strong current.
    Type: Application
    Filed: July 26, 2017
    Publication date: May 30, 2019
    Inventors: Eric MARISSAL, Lila PINCOT
  • Patent number: 5653193
Abstract: The device for growing mollusks and in particular oysters incorporates at least one element constituting a tray (30) for carrying the mollusks that is disposed within a net (24) of tubular shape and adapted to be suspended from a hawser anchored in the sea. The tray element (30) comprises on its periphery a flange (42) extending generally in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the tray. The element constituting a tray further comprises a separate clamping element (32) for clamping the net against the flange (42).
