Patent number: 9056281Abstract: A purification module is provided comprising a plurality of purification cartridges, a support for the cartridges, a manifold and a bowl. In one embodiment the support for the cartridges has two pitched partial screw threads on opposing surfaces which mate with pitched screw flights on the manifold when the partial screw threads are rotated into the screw flights. The support includes fluid passageways for directing filtered fluid from the filtration cartridges, through the support and into the manifold. In another embodiment, a purification module is provided comprising a purification cartridge, a manifold and a bowl. The purification cartridge has two pitched partial screw threads on opposing surfaces of the cartridge outlet which mate with screw flights on the manifold when the partial screw threads are rotated into the mating screw flights.Type: GrantFiled: July 11, 2006Date of Patent: June 16, 2015Assignee: Entegris, Inc.Inventors: Yasuji Suzuki, Eric McNamara, Timothy Towle

Publication number: 20130048018Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include a CMP brush that has a combination of central nodules at an inner region of the brush and one or more edge nodules at an end region of the brush where the central nodules and edge nodules are in a staggered or matched arrangement with each other and an upper surface of each edge nodule on the brush has the same or a greater contact area than an upper surface of a central nodule. The area of contact of the upper surface of each edge nodule with the substrate edge region is the same or greater than the area of contact of the upper surface of a central nodule with the substrate center region.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 21, 2011Publication date: February 28, 2013Applicant: ENTEGRIS, INC.Inventors: Christopher Wargo, Rakesh Kumar Singh, David Trio, Eric McNamara

Patent number: 7967882Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide low-profile surface mount filters. One embodiment of the present invention includes a filter housing adapted to mount on a substrate block having a plurality of flow paths and a filter cavity defined therein. The filter cavity is defined to extend in a generally horizontal direction when the low-profile filter is in use. A first flow passage is defined to connect an inlet of the filter housing to a first section of the filter cavity and a second flow passage is defined to connect a second section of the filter cavity to an outlet of the filter housing. A filter assembly is disposed in the filter cavity and sealed to the surface of the filter cavity separating the filter cavity into adjacent sections including the first section of the filter cavity and second section of the filter cavity.Type: GrantFiled: October 4, 2010Date of Patent: June 28, 2011Assignee: Entegris, Inc.Inventors: Anthony DiPrizio, Nathan Abbott, Christopher Vroman, Rajnikant B. Patel, Eric McNamara
