    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an electroporation system including a catheter shaft, at least one electrode coupled to the catheter shaft at a distal end thereof, and an electroporation generator coupled in communication with the at least one electrode. The electroporation generator configured to supply a biphasic pulse signal to the at least one electrode. The biphasic pulse signal includes a first phase having a first polarity and a first pulse duration, and a second phase having a second polarity opposite to the first polarity, and a second pulse duration. Each of the first phase and second phase has a voltage amplitude of at least 500 volts and a pulse duration of less than 20 microseconds. The second phase is generated at a non-zero interval following the first phase.

    Abstract: Compositions for treatment of discogenic pain are discussed herein. In various embodiments, the composition includes PMMA microparticles, Pluronic® surfactant, PBS, and a radio marker. In some embodiments, the PMMA microparticles have a particle size distribution between 25-125 microns and are nonlinearly cross-linked. The composition may be stored at a cooled temperature and upon injection, the composition warms and transitions to a gel state. The composition may also include about 50% PMMA microparticles, about 10% Pluronic®, about 30% PBS, and about 10% of a radio marker.

The remote computing system includes processing circuitry configured to obtain a status of the refuse vehicle from the telematics unit. The processing circuitry is also configured to obtain sensor data from the refuse containers indicating the fill level of each of the refuse containers. The processing circuitry is also configured to determine a route for the refuse vehicle based on the status of the refuse vehicle and the sensor data obtained from the refuse containers. The processing circuitry is also configured to transmit the route to the telematics unit of the refuse vehicle.

In response to this indication, the processor autonomously adjusts one or more operating parameters to operate the vehicle in reverse and avoid the non-drivable bounding areas.

The processing circuitry obtains image data of the hopper from the cameras. The processing circuitry detects an object to be separated from other refuse in the hopper based on the image data.
