  • Patent number: 10829051
Abstract: An interior rearview mirror assembly for a vehicle includes a mirror head accommodating a reflective element. A display device is accommodated in the mirror head and behind the reflective element. The reflective element is tiltable between a mirror mode orientation, where the vehicle driver views rearward of the vehicle via the reflective element, and a display mode orientation, where the display device is actuated and the vehicle driver views images displayed by the display device through the transflective mirror reflector of the reflective element. An actuator has an actuator body that is pivotally mounted at the reflective element and that has a pivot element of a pivot joint that pivotally mounts the mirror head at an interior portion of the vehicle. The actuator pivots the reflective element relative to the actuator body to tilt the reflective element between the mirror mode orientation and the display mode orientation.

  • Patent number: 10326013
Abstract: A method is provided for forming an integrated circuit (IC) structure including trench-based semiconductor devices, e.g., trench FETs, having front-side drain contacts. The method may include forming an epitaxy region, forming a poly gate trench in the epitaxy region, forming a drain contact trench through the poly gate trench and extending below the poly gate trench, forming a poly gate in the poly gate trench, forming a front-side drain contact in the drain contact trench, and forming a source region in the epitaxy region adjacent the poly gate. The device may define a drift region from the poly gate/source intersection to the front-side drain contact. The drift region may be located within the epitaxy layer, without extending into an underlying substrate or transition layer. The front-side drain contact depth may be selected to influence the device breakdown voltage. The front-side drain contacts may allow flip-chip mounting of the IC structure.

  • Patent number: 10287009
Abstract: The present invention relates to a blade folding apparatus that may incorporate an overhead blade lifting system that reduces binding loads on blade pins induced by blade weight and pitch, and a folding mechanism that removes the necessity of personnel with external guide-poles to rotate main rotor blades. The apparatus may include flap locks, an overhead lifting system support structure attached to the flap locks, and two blade support beams to create and support a lifting point near each blade's longitudinal and lateral center of gravity. The blade support beams may be fitted with an articulation mechanism that lifts and/or lowers the overhead lifting structure. The apparatus facilitates rapid folding of the main rotor blades, and, when used with blade clamping mechanisms, is capable of aiding in the removal and/or the re-installation of the main rotor blades without external lifting mechanisms.
