  • Patent number: 11008544
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing yeast. It relates in particular to a method for producing biological yeast, comprising the use of substrates of biological origin, in particular a biological substrate which makes it possible to supplement the nutritional requirements in the yeast in terms of phosphorus. The method of the present invention makes it possible to obtain biological yeast and biological yeast extracts in accordance with European Union Regulation (EC) 834/2007. According to the invention, the phosphorus-rich biological composition is obtained by hydrolysis and solubilization of at least one plant substrate of biological origin comprising from 2 to 18 g of phosphorus per kg of product, 60% to 80% of which is in the form of phytic acid. The preferred substrate according to the invention is wheat bran.

  • Patent number: 10228702
Abstract: A method for optimizing the take-off parameters of an aircraft. The aircraft comprises a system for automatically controlling the high lift devices at the moment when the wheels of the aircraft leave the ground. The method comprises a step of selecting a first configuration of the high lift devices at the start of the take-off phase and a selection of an acceleration speed of the aircraft. The method is advantageous in that, on reception of an actual aircraft take-off detection signal, a control unit is configured to transmit a control command making it possible to bring the high lift devices into a second configuration, in which they are retracted relative to the first position, and consecutively accelerate the speed of the aircraft automatically to an acceleration speed entered by the pilot.

  • Patent number: 10078373
Abstract: Temporally segmenting an instrumented gesture executed by a user with a terminal having an inertial navigation module, which measures a vector of inertial characteristics representative of movement of the terminal. Segmenting includes, at each current instant: calculating an instantaneous power value of the vector; estimating a gesture indicator based on variation between the instantaneous power value and a mean power value estimated over a preceding time window; determining a start of gesture at a first instant, when the estimated gesture indicator is greater than or equal to a first threshold during a time interval greater than or equal to a first interval; and determining an end of gesture at a second instant when, at the current instant, the estimated gesture indicator is less than or equal to a second threshold during a time interval greater than or equal to a second time interval.

  • Publication number: 20140282154
Abstract: A method for processing a compound gesture, made by a user using a pointing tool on a sensitive pad of a terminal. The terminal has a screen for reproducing a graphical representation of a sequence of selectable graphical elements and a module for processing and interpreting an interaction with the sensitive pad according to a mode selected from a default, relative-positioning mode of sequential interaction and an absolute-positioning mode of graphical interaction. During execution of the gesture by the user, on detection of static pointing to a spatial position on the sensitive pad during a predetermined period of time, the module toggles to the absolute-positioning mode of graphical interaction. When the pointing position is situated a distance below a threshold from a graphical element displayed on the screen, the module selects the graphical element, without the pointing tool being raised, then toggles to the relative-positioning mode of sequential interaction.
