  • Patent number: 11949549
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for managing a contact center having a plurality of agents includes (a) receiving real-time data associated with each of a plurality of agents servicing incoming communications for the contact center, (b) categorizing each of the plurality of agents into a respective one of a plurality of burnout risk categories by processing the real-time data associated with each of the plurality of agents using a trained supervised machine learning model having a plurality of input features, (c) determining, based on a specification of a logical directive, an operation to be performed in relation to at least one agent in the plurality of agents, wherein the specification has at least one condition relating to the categorizing of each of the plurality of agents into the respective one of the plurality of burnout risk categories, and wherein the specification defines the operation to be performed in relation to the at least one agent in the plurality of agents upon the condition being satisfied,

  • Publication number: 20220180282
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for worksite equipment path planning is provided. An example system may include an autonomous vehicle configured to operate a camera and position sensor to capture image data associated with a worksite. The system may also include a worksite analysis engine comprising processing circuitry configured to receive the image data of the worksite captured by the autonomous vehicle and generate a virtual layout of the worksite based on the image data. The worksite analysis engine may also receive equipment data and crew data, and generate a workflow based on the virtual layout, the equipment data, and the crew data. The workflow may include workflow assignments for each crew member at the worksite, each workflow assignment indicating a task, equipment to perform the task, and an equipment path for the task.

  • Patent number: 10404550
Abstract: An apparatus, method, and a computer program are provided. In one embodiment, a request is transmitted to a selector module for an available web service and a response is received from the selector module for a web service server. The response includes an endpoint uniform resource indicator to allow a client module to transmit a web service request to an appropriate web service server.

  • Publication number: 20130061449
Abstract: A faucet lever safety lock prevents operation of various faucets by preventing use of the faucets' handles. The faucet lever safety lock may comprise one or more struts configured to locate one or more handle engagement devices at a faucet's handles when the faucet lever safety lock is assembled. The handle engagement devices engage to prevent their movement and operation. The faucet lever safety lock may be secured in an assembled configuration via a coupling device that ensures that the handle engagement devices maintain their relative position. The coupling device may be releasable to allow the faucet lever safety lock to be disassembled to allow operation of the faucet.

  • Patent number: 5677495
Abstract: A confined capping system provides a simple approach for compressive strength testing of high performance concrete specimens. The test specimen ends are capped with a conventional capping compound confined in steel rings larger in diameter than the specimen. The capped rings are compression tested in a conventional way. This method thus employs standard concrete laboratory testing equipment. An inexpensive customized capping apparatus may be used for preparing the specimen ends. The method ensures that confinement is provided to the cap without having to place tight controls on specimen end roughness prior to capping and on the cap thickness itself.

  • Patent number: 5040046
Abstract: A process for forming silicon dioxide, SiO.sub.2, or silicon nitride, Si.sub.3 N.sub.4, layers on selected substrates which includes reacting diethylsilane, C.sub.4 H.sub.12 Si, with a selected oxygen-containing compound or nitrogen-containing compound in a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) chamber. The conformality of the coatings thus formed is in the range of 85% to 98%. The diethylsilane liquid source for the associated gas flow processing system may be maintained and operated at a source temperature as low as room temperature.

  • Patent number: 5022853
Abstract: Disclosed is a quartz tube for a furnace for processing semiconductor wafers. The furnace comprises:an elongated hollow body having opposed first and second ends and a longitudinal axis;an injector opening being formed in the first end, the injector opening including sidewalls which are spaced to slidably receive an elongated gas injector assembly through the opening; andan alignment jig received within the hollow body inwardly adjacent the first end and injector opening, the alignment jig including support means for engaging and aligning a gas injector with the injector opening to support a gas injector to emit gas substantially along the longitudinal tube body axis.
