Abstract: This invention relates generally to an illuminated nock assembly and more particularly to an illuminating nock for use with an electrically conductive arrow shaft having a nock, illumination member, conductor, and a power source. The illumination member and conductor are in electrical communication with the power source. The nock has a step surface for sandwiching a first protrusion of the illumination member and a second protrusion of the conductor with the arrow shaft illuminating the nock assembly. The principle use is for archers however other applications will benefit from this invention. For example, emergency locators and outdoor lighting displays will benefit from this invention.

Abstract: A method and system for processing a customer generated order for a product, more particularly to a method for one or more client computers connected through a server to a plurality of supplier computers to fulfill a customer generated order. The method includes the client creating an order event with a preferred supplier, the server routing the order event to the preferred supplier, the server monitoring status of the order event from the preferred supplier, the preferred supplier processing the order event, and the server periodically synchronizing inventory between the client and all suppliers.

Abstract: In a preferred embodiment, a mobile privacy screen includes a support frame defining an opening, a screen member made of a flexible material, wherein the screen member is disposed across the opening and is attached the support frame at a periphery of the screen, and an outrigger extending from the support frame and having an end adapted to engage a support surface. In other embodiments, the privacy screen further comprises a wheel attached to the end of the outrigger, and the support frame further comprises a handle. A method of reconfiguring a workspace is also provided detailing the moving of the mobile privacy screen from one location to a second location.

Abstract: A fly-tying vise has a vise portion for gripping a fly-tying hook supported by a vertical support post above a clamp portion for gripping the free edge of a tabletop. A jaw assembly of the vise portion has a pair of hook-clamping jaws opened and closed by a thumb screw. The jaw assembly cooperates with a spring-biased detent to allow rotation of the jaws without changing their closure setting through application of a combined axial and torsional pressure to the thumb screw. The clamp portion includes a sleeve slidably adjustable along the support post and a pair of clamping arms, one fixed to and the other slidable along the sleeve to adjust for different tabletop thicknesses. The slidable arm carries a thumb-screw-operated bearing disc which creates a bind between the slidable arm and sleeve to hold such arm in an adjusted position when the disc and fixed arm bear against opposed surfaces of a tabletop.
