Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products to identify and close gaps in care are provided. Aspects of the present disclosure disclosed and described herein enable a payer may identify gaps in care based on information in the payer database. The payer can send this information to the provider prior to patient scheduling. The scheduling system at the provider can use this information to schedule patients and their medical needs (e.g., medical test, lab tests, imaging tests, etc.) before the next patient appointment. Primary care providers (PCPs) can then be made aware of the gaps in care information, as well as Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding gap information, so they can perform a complete diagnosis using all available clinical data. PCP notes along with the treatment the patient receives can be combined with the RAF (Risk Adjustment Score) shared by the payers to ensure patient is assessed for all relevant conditions during the visit.

Abstract: A medical classification code modeling system and method that generates visual maps in response to user queries, where the visual maps represent combinations of modifiers of an interface terminology that, taken together, map to medical classification code elements. The system and method may present multiple visual maps on the same display to permit visual analysis of multiple mapping revisions or versions. The system and method further may integrate into an electronic health record such that the user's ultimate selection of a mapping results in the corresponding medical classification code being inserted into the record of a patient at an appropriate location, such as on the patient's problem list.

Abstract: A mattress can include one or more layers of foam material, an adjustable air layer including an air bladder, and a valve. The valve can be fluidically connected to the air bladder and configured to regulate pressure of the air bladder in response to actuation. Some embodiments can include a foam material positioned inside the air bladder.

Abstract: A computer system such as a server pipelines RNIC interface (RI) management/control operations such as memory registration operations to hide from network applications the latency in performing RDMA work requests caused in part by delays in processing the memory registration operations and the time required to execute the registration operations themselves. A separate QP-like structure, called a control QP (CQP), interfaces with a control processor (CP) to form a control path pipeline, separate from the transaction pipeline, which is designated to handle all control path traffic associated with the processing of RI control operations. This includes memory registration operations (MR OPs), as well as the creation and destruction of traditional QPs for processing RDMA transactions. Once the MR OP has been queued in the control path pipeline of the adapter, a pending bit is set which is associated with the MR OP.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for identifying pages that can be authoritatively, to some confidence level or another, associated with a geographic location, and are provided for grouping documents such that authoritative location associations can be propagated from pages with higher location confidence to pages with lower location confidence. Pages might be identified with authoritative indicators, groups of pages identified including at least one addressed page and at least one unaddressed page, wherein an addressed page is a page having a higher confidence level than an unaddressed page, and at least one processing step performed that is location specific. The confidence level assigned to a page as part of the process represents the confidence that the page is associated with an identifiable geographic location.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat sink material that can more efficiently remove or divert heat from a light source or sources with a given weight of heat sink material when compare to a heat sink made of a solid block of thermally conductive material such as metal. It further relates to a heat sink that can more efficiently remove or divert heat from a curing light device when a reduced weight of heat sink material is used. The inventive heat sink has at least one suitable phase change material including organic materials, inorganic materials and combinations thereof. These materials can undergo substantially reversible phase changes, and can typically go through a large, if not an infinite number of cycles without losing their effectiveness.

Abstract: A dental illumination system includes an adjustable self-supporting frame and a lamp head coupled to the frame. The lamp head includes a housing and a spacer having formations that is adapted to removably mechanically couple the lamp head to a reference device, again having formations, for facilitating illumination of a tooth by a light source contained within the lamp head. The spacer and lamp head may be formed integrally. If formed separately, both the lamp head and the spacer may include formations.

Abstract: A dental lamp boom hinge includes a pivot supporting a dental lamp head and a base supporting the pivot where the pivot may be rotated about a substantially vertical axis with respect to the base. Abstract: The present invention relates to a light guide for a lamp for dentistry procedures. The light guide provides an optical channel between a light source and a dental substrate. The light guide may be a one-patient use light guide including a recording medium to record the time used. The light guide further provides protection for a patient's soft tissues during treatment.

In one aspect, the private listening device may be a wireless listening device such as a wireless radio frequency device or an infrared device.
