  • Publication number: 20250279155
Abstract: The disclosure relates to comprehensive genomic profiling (CGP) and to consensus-based classification techniques for determining genetically inferred ancestry from CGP of tumor DNA. Aspects are directed towards accessing reference and subject sequencing files and identifying genomic variants using a hybrid variant tool. The reference variant file is consolidated into a datastore formatted file that is queried to perform joint variant calling to generate a final reference variant file. The final reference variant file and the subject variant file are merged. On the merged variant file, principal component (PC) analysis is performed, and the PCs are used by a first and second classification process to generate a first and second ancestry call. The merged variant file is input into a third classification process to generate a third ancestry call. A consensus genetically inferred ancestry (GIA) call is predicted based on the first, the second, and the third ancestry calls.

  • Publication number: 20240344560
Abstract: The windings of an electric motor are used to reduce the loading of noncontact bearings through the application of an offsetting radial force. For aerodynamic gas bearings, this force may be converted to a torque force after sustaining levitation speeds have been obtained.

  • Patent number: 10833557
Abstract: A motor includes a rotor used in conjunction with a stator to produce a magnetic field in the air gap having p pole pairs, wherein a single cross section of the rotor taken orthogonal to an axis of rotation comprises iron having a structure forming p teeth. The stator has at least one stator winding configured to form p pole pairs to produce a first magnetic field to rotate the rotor about the axis of rotation and configured to produce a second magnetic field of either one pole pair or p±1 pole pairs to create forces radial to the axis of rotation. The at least one stator winding has two sets of terminals, a first set of terminals for carrying current that produces the first magnetic field in the air gap having p pole pairs to rotate the rotor about the axis of rotation and a second set of terminals for carrying current that produces the second magnetic field in the air gap having either one pole pair or p±1 pole pairs to create the forces radial to the axis of rotation.

  • Publication number: 20070181841
Abstract: This invention relates to an orifice valve having a moveable gate to control the flow of solids in a closed conveying system. The invention encompasses a valve housing with two complementary valve sections, each of a unitary construction. A single plate is laser cut and bent to present a first planar surface, two opposed sidewalls and an end wall. The sidewalls include an integral flange section which presents planar surfaces that are placed in facing relationship with the planar flange surfaces of a second housing member so that the two form a closed cavity. A blade is received in the cavity and is reciprocal between open and closed positions so as to accommodate the flow of material or to block the flow. Appropriate retainers hold the two sections in place. In the preferred embodiment a second end wall is also integral with the housing section and is formed from the same plate stock as the first planar section, the sidewalls and the first end wall.

  • Publication number: 20030212654
Abstract: A data integration system and method collects and stores customer information from disparate information sources in real-time. The stored information can be retrieved and assembled for presentation to a user according to the role and/or security profile of the user. The customer information is presented through a 360° viewer, which is embedded in an application or a browser, or runs as a standalone viewer. A data correlation system and method correlates data records collected from disparate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications using a three-tier approach comprising deterministic correlation, heuristic correlation and historical correlation. The correlation rules are fully configurable and extensible.
