Abstract: A method and system for remote multi-tenant facility management are presented. The invention comprises a client-side user interface communicatively coupled to a system management unit. The system management unit includes multiple standalone management components that monitor and execute system inspection, rules processing, data logging, and other asynchronous processing. The system includes interfaces for users to create automations that serve as a proxy for controlling remote devices connected to the system. The system management unit includes multiple system processes running autonomously. The system management unit is further communicatively coupled to one or more remote devices through one or more Device Access Providers in the multi-tenant facility for monitoring and/or control of the remote devices.
