The lateral support arm has two directional arms extending in a forward direction away from the lateral support arms. The lateral support arm has a rotation-enabling connection to the vertical support element so that the relatively left side can be elevated above the relatively right side, and alternatively the relatively right side may be elevated above the relatively left side to alter the individual respective heights of the two arms.
