  • Patent number: 12556119
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a control circuit operable to control voltage delivery to a multi-component load. The control circuit is electronically coupled to a first component of the multi-component load. The control circuit is further electronically coupled to a second component of the multi-component load. The control circuit is operable to, responsive to an output voltage of a source, generate a second component voltage and provide the second component voltage to the second component of the multi-component load. A peak value of the second component voltage is less than the output voltage.

  • Publication number: 20260018972
Abstract: A rotary transformer is disclosed herein comprising a stationary portion and a rotating portion. The stationary portion includes a transformer housing, a primary coil positioned within the transformer housing and defining a central axis, and a stationary printed circuit board (PCB). The stationary PCB includes an excitation coil of an inductive position sensor and at least one sensing coil of the inductive position sensor. The rotating portion of the rotary transformer includes a rotating PCB with a secondary coil of the rotary transformer positioned on the rotating PCB. The rotating portion further includes a diode holder connected to the rotating PCB. The diode holder includes at least one target for the inductive position sensor.

  • Patent number: 10914314
Abstract: A modular fan assembly includes a center hub assembly and a first blade attached to the center hub assembly. The center hub assembly includes a first plate and a second plate each having an outer edge and a planar capture surface. The planar capture surfaces of the second plate is arranged parallel to the planar capture surface of the first plate. The first blade includes a mounting pad and a working portion. The mounting pad has opposite, parallel planar surfaces positioned in contact with the respective planar capture surfaces of the first and second plates. The working portion extends beyond the outer edges of the first and second plates. A thickness of the first blade is smaller proximate the outer edge of the first plate than at the mounting pad to create a first gap between the first blade and the first plate at the outer edge.

  • Patent number: 10415587
Abstract: A method of making a modular fan includes positioning a mounting pad of a blade between two plates of a center hub assembly, aligning the blade such that the mounting pad is located radially inward of an outer edge of at least one of the two plates, and spacing the outer edge of the at least one of the two plates from the blade at the outer edge.
