Abstract: A system for enabling virtual inspection of a space is provided. The system includes a device for capturing data, a mobile device, a server, and a computing device. The device for capturing data includes one or more data-capturing devices and a processing element configured to receive data from the data-capturing devices and send the data to the mobile device. The mobile device is configured to receive the data and transmit the data to the server. The server and/or the device for capturing data is configured to process the data to generate a digital, three-dimensional rendering of the space and to provide the computing device access to portions of the data and/or the rendering. The computing device is configured to receive the portions of the data and/or the rendering from the server and display the data and/or rendering.
