  • Publication number: 20230036468
Abstract: An automatic winding device for winding wire onto a pole of a multi-pole rotor, the pole includes a bottom and a head, the device comprising: a support vice supporting the rotor and capable of rotational movement about a first axis, a needle plate, centred on the pole along the first axis and comprising four placement needles, which is capable of translational and rotational movement about the first axis, a conducting wire, attached to the rotor and to a wire winder, in contact with at least one placement needle, the winding device being able to perform a number of sequences from an “initial configuration” to a “winding configuration” wherein, successively, the needle plate is rotated and the pole is moved translationally with respect to the needle plate along the first axis so as to wind the conducting wire around the pole as far as a “final configuration”.

  • Patent number: 11114233
Abstract: An AC/DC converter comprising a set of two rectifying bridges, each rectifying bridge comprising a first output connected to an output terminal of the AC/DC converter by an interphase inductor. The interphase inductor may comprise a magnetic circuit comprising two branches that are substantially parallel and two windings, each winding being wound about one branch selected from the two branches. Each winding may be held away from the magnetic circuit, at every point of the winding, by means of a set of at least one holding block made of a material having an A-scale Shore hardness lower than or equal to 50 and being distant at every point from the branches.

  • Publication number: 20090065623
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for winding a coil and to a method of using the device. The invention is particularly beneficial for winding electromagnetic coils around a closed magnetic circuit having no opening, for example in the form of a ring core. The device comprises a helicoidal channel, means for holding the ring core in a defined position within the helicoidal channel, and thrust means for thrusting the wire (10) toward the helicoidal channel. The method employing the device consists in: engaging a first end of the wire in the thrust means for thrusting the wire (10) toward the helicoidal channel; placing the ring core in its defined position; thrusting the wire into the helicoidal channel until the desired number of turns have been formed; releasing the ring core and disengaging the wire from the thrust means; and cutting a second end of the wire.
