    Abstract: A process for forming patterned copper lines, a pattern of copper lines, and an electronic device having patterned copper lines and at least one CMOS circuit. The process includes assembling an etch stack, wherein the etch stack includes a resist and a copper substrate. The process also includes lithographically patterning the resist to produce a template, and forming a patterned block copolymer mask layer by directed self-assembly. Additionally, the process includes etching portions of the block copolymer mask layer to produce a patterned block copolymer mask layer, and transferring a pattern formed by the template and the patterned block copolymer mask layer to the copper substrate to form the patterned copper lines.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and kits for detecting basophil cells activation. The inventors showed that fluorescent avidin binds to basophil cell surface upon degranulation and that this probe can be used to monitor basophil degranulation More specifically the present invention relates to methods for monitoring of basophil degranulation using avidin-based probes. The method of the invention described here allows to measure direct basophil degranulation following Fc?RI crosslinking with allergen. This method provides a direct measurement of degranulation by staining exteriorized granules and unambiguously detects activated basophils degranulated. The extent of the degranulation can be directly deduced from the intensity of fluorescence of fluorochrome-labelled avidin measured on basophils. When applied to allergic patient samples the avidin-based method detected efficiently specific basophil responses.

The clamp includes two jaws formed thereon, a mouth defined between the jaws and a gap defined between the jaws. The neck of the sprayer can be pushed into the mouth through the gap. The trigger is movably and pivotally connected to the shell and engaged with the block at an engagement point. The extensive element includes a first end connected to the hammer and a second end telescopically connected to the trigger. When the trigger is operated, the hammer is lifted by the extensive element and the engagement point is moved towards the hammer.

The lateral members extend beyond the lower member by at least the thickness of the C-clips so that first one of the C-clips can be moved past the lower member. A saddle is movably connected with the lower member for carrying some of the C-clips. The saddle includes a slope for contact with the first one of the C-clip. Thus, the saddle is moved as the first one of the C-clips is moved. A pocket is connected with the cartridge below the saddle for receiving a pin. A pusher is put movably in the cartridge for pushing the C-clips. An elastic element biases the pusher. A shell receives the cartridge. A hammering device forces the first C-clip onto the pin against the slope.
