  • Publication number: 20260123600
Abstract: Pet beds, pet carriers, and pet harnesses are discussed for providing a proprioceptive effect when a pet sits or lays thereon or placed thereon, as the case may be, comprising compressible materials that can be incorporated therein. The compressible materials can be made of one or more of rubber, thermoplastic rubber, foam rubber, polyurethane rubber, silicone rubber, thermoplastic resin and thermoplastic elastomer. Positioning the compressible material such that it is between the pet and any surface for example when sitting or laying thereon, requires the pet to maintain balance by using muscles that would not ordinarily be used, and provides proprioceptive feedback to the pet's central nervous system.

  • Patent number: 12350544
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an exercise device including a first base and a second base. The first base includes a pair of support handles rotatably connected to the first base, a pair of cable arms rotatably connected to the first base, wherein the pair of cable arms include a first engagement mechanism, an electronic resistance device connected to a pair of cable handles via a pair of cables that pass through a pair of channels defined by the pair of cable arms; and a seat. The second base includes a beam affixed to and connecting the first base and the second base. The beam includes a track, a backrest carriage that is slidably engaged with the track and includes a second and third engagement mechanism, and a backrest rotatably connected to an end of the backrest carriage.

  • Patent number: 12233309
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include an exercise mat including a first layer that includes a plurality of interstices. The exercise mat includes a second layer that includes a plurality of protrusions that extend from the top surface of the second layer, contain a display element, and correspond to the plurality of interstices. The top surface of the second layer is connected to the bottom surface of the first layer. The exercise mat includes a third layer including a cavity defined at least in part by a plurality of side surfaces, and an electronic component within the cavity. The top surface of the third layer is connected to the bottom surface of the second layer, and the electronic component is communicatively coupled to the display element.

  • Patent number: 11406858
Abstract: A system for providing resistance in an exercise machine. The system includes a motor, at least one loop drive attached to the motor. A carriage is coupled to the loop drive. The carriage moves in a first direction when the motor is turned in a first direction and a second direction when the motor is turned in a second direction. At least one sensor is attached to the carriage, wherein the at least one sensor is configured to detect external force on the carriage. Information from the sensor indicates external force on the carriage. The information is used to determine a movement of the carriage in response to the external force. The motor is instructed to turn the loop drive to apply the movement.
