    Abstract: An isometric exercise bar having a base and a pair of substantially triangular planar uprights mounted on opposite sides of the base. The tops of the uprights are connected by a tie bar. A plurality of apertures runs along the forward and rearward edges of the uprights. A second bar is adjustably positioned between the uprights within an aligned pair of apertures.
