    Abstract: The SafeLight is comprised of a photo eye that emanates a signal that is received by a photo eye placed to receive the aforementioned signal, thereby altering the targeted traffic light accordingly. The signal is sent by pressing a button on the handheld or mounted apparatus manually or the signal is sent via an automatic setting. The handheld or mounted device may be placed on a simple mounting bracket to be placed in a convenient location in an emergency or official vehicle.
