  • Patent number: 11645884
Abstract: An electronic gaming machine (EGM) may include one or more movable displays. One or more movable displays may be used to present a base game when in a first configuration. In response to a trigger event, the movable display(s) may reveal a game feature presentation device, such as a stationary display or a set of mechanical reels, which was hidden when the one or more movable displays were in the first configuration. The underlying game feature presentation device may be used to present a bonus feature and/or to present a different aspect of the base game. Alternatively, the movable display(s) may be hidden (e.g., inside the EGM) when in a first configuration, during which time a fixed display portion may be presenting a base game. The movable display(s) may present a bonus feature and/or a different aspect of the base game when in the second configuration.

  • Patent number: 10636244
Abstract: A gaming signage system may include one or more movable displays. One or more movable displays may present first visual effects while the one or more moveable displays are in a first configuration in which at least one game feature presentation device is not viewable. In response to a trigger event indication (which may correspond to a base game event), the movable display(s) may move to a second configuration and reveal the game feature presentation device. The game feature presentation device may be used to present a bonus feature and/or to present a different aspect of the base game. Alternatively, at least a portion of a movable display may be hidden when in a first configuration. At least the portion of the movable display(s) may present a bonus feature and/or a different aspect of the base game when in the second configuration.

  • Patent number: 4161790
Abstract: A programmable multi-digit register loads plural bits of fixed binary information, represented by a pattern of short or open circuit connections, onto a printed electronic circuit board or the like. A modular, plural-bit generally trapazoidal shaped metallic blank is formed having first and second facing legs connected by links in one-to-one correspondence with the bits-per-module. One leg is scored at each link, and each leg has tabs insertable in circuit board apertures. In use, each register module is bent and soldered in place in a circuit board via the tabs, and one end of each link isolated by cutting through the score lines. The individual binary digits are then programmed into the module by selectively severing the links.
