  • Publication number: 20240136152
Abstract: A nanosecond pulser system is disclosed. In some embodiments, the nanosecond pulser system may include a nanosecond pulser having a nanosecond pulser input; a plurality of switches coupled with the nanosecond pulser input; one or more transformers coupled with the plurality of switches; and an output coupled with the one or more transformers and providing a high voltage waveform with a amplitude greater than 2 kV and a frequency greater than 1 kHz based on the nanosecond pulser input. The nanosecond pulser system may also include a control module coupled with the nanosecond pulser input; and an control system coupled with the nanosecond pulser at a point between the transformer and the output, the control system providing waveform data regarding an high voltage waveform produced at the point between the transformer and the output.

  • Publication number: 20240115767
Abstract: An alternating vacuum and pressure system for decellularizing a bone matrix includes piping having a first end open to atmospheric pressure and a second end open to atmospheric pressure, and a subset of piping that forms a loop, a chamber in fluid, at least one heating element configured to heat the piping, a pump, and a plurality of valves. The plurality of valves can be selectively opened or closed to form one of a plurality of configurations, including a pressure configuration in which operation of the pump in a first direction causes a fluid within the piping to travel toward the chamber such that pressure is applied to the chamber and a vacuum configuration in which operation of the pump in a second direction causes the fluid within the pipe to travel away from the chamber such that a vacuum is created on the chamber.

  • Publication number: 20240107874
Abstract: A compound is disclosed that has a metal coordination complex structure having at least two ligands coordinated to the metal; wherein the compound has a first substituent R1 at one of the ligands' periphery; wherein a first distance is defined as the distance between the metal and one of the atoms in R1 where that atom is the farthest away from the metal among the atoms in R1; wherein the first distance is also longer than any other atom-to-metal distance between the metal and any other atoms in the compound; and wherein when a sphere having a radius r is defined whose center is at the metal and the radius r is the smallest radius that will allow the sphere to enclose all atoms in the compound that are not part of R1, the first distance is longer than the radius r by at least 2.9 ?.

  • Publication number: 20010049648
Abstract: An electronic marketplace for selling and auctioning off display rights to digital imagery. Photographers upload digital images to a web site run by an auction house and specify the terms and conditions under which they are willing to allow others to display the digital images. Prospective buyers, who have registered with the auction house can view these digital images, and bid for the right to display the images. Various exclusive and non-exclusive display rights are offered, and various auctions and pricing schemes are offered, and the buyers are selected from the bidders according to one of a number of candidate auction algorithms, depending on the objectives of the auction house and the photographer.
