Abstract: A method for establishing templated websites for compiling, storing and accessing preselected subject information. The method comprises the steps of establishing a data base having a predetermined number of separate fields and establishing at least one portfolio website. The method includes the step of utilizing at least one template having separate fields for inserting relevant information for at least one subsequent preselected use, the at least one template incorporating all of the relevant information related to such preselected subject information. The method includes the step of providing a user identification and/or a password for enabling a user to access the preselected subject information compiled and stored in an online management system.
