Abstract: A device for the sectioning of food piece(s)comprises: a tubular member, open at both opposed ends, which is small enough to be hand-holdable; a cutting element disposed adjacent a first open end of the tubular element, the cutting element being dimensioned to section such food piece(s)into an intended sectioned configuration; and a separate pusher member, which is configured to fit into the second open end of the tubular element after individual non-sectioned food piece(s)have been loaded into the tubular element, that can be pushed against the non-sectioned food piece(s)to force such piece(s)against and through the cutting element to produce the desired sectioned food.
