    Abstract: The technology relates to a method of provisioning power and a switching device or a system implementing such method. The method may include providing a switching device including an automatic transfer switch module, an electronic bypass module in electrical communication with said automatic transfer switch module, a plurality of inlets, and a plurality of outlets. The inlets are connected to different power sources to provide uninterrupted power to the plurality of outlets. The method may also include continuing to provide uninterrupted power upon disconnection of either the automatic transfer switch module or the electronic bypass module from the switching device.
