    Abstract: A construction vehicle has a pull hook arrangement mounted on a rearward end of a frame thereof for towing purposes. Such arrangement comprises a pull hook and energy absorbing means normally secured between the frame and the pull hook and adapted to break-away from the frame when the load on the pull hook exceeds a predetermined magnitude. The energy absorbing means preferably comprises a tubular member which is tapered-down rearwardly to thereafter permit it to be drawn through an aperture formed in the frame to absorb energy thereby.
