  • Patent number: 9854812
Abstract: An oven contains a continuous chain of baking tongs that can be opened and closed, and locked in the closed state. The chain circulates in the oven and moves through the baking chamber in two transport planes, one above the other. A device for opening the baking tongs, a delivery station, a loading station, a device for closing the baking tongs, and a device for locking the tongs are successively arranged in the running direction of the baking tongs, in the front part of the oven, along the upper transport plane. A product removal device contains a flatly arranged rotating support and is arranged in the delivery station. The rotating support carries removal elements embodied as suction elements along the outer periphery thereof, which it uses to remove the baked products from the open baking tongs.

  • Publication number: 20150237874
Abstract: A system for producing end product by cutting flat blocks, in particular flat and hollow wafer blocks. The system includes a main cutting station in which a contour cutting apparatus, which cuts the blocks through contour cuts transversely to a rectilinear transport path, is provided and which extends in longitudinal direction of the system. A main conveying device disposed along the transport path conveys the blocks through the contour cutting apparatus. At least one contour cutting module of the cutting apparatus is provided with at least one cutting tool that can be moved to and fro in the transverse direction of the system to produce a contour cut in the blocks passing the contour cutting apparatus in the longitudinal direction of the system.

  • Patent number: 8766148
Abstract: A baking oven for producing baked molded products. The baking oven has an input station, a baking area and an output station. In addition, the oven has baking plates, which are arranged along a circulation path passing through the baking area, and a conveying device for the baking plates. The baking plates are in the form of susceptor plates, which can be heated inductively without contact. An induction heating device is provided in the baking area. This device includes at least one elongated inductor, which is arranged parallel to the circulation path of the baking plates and extends along the circulation path over a plurality of susceptor plates. The elongated inductor produces a large-area, broad magnetic field, which simultaneously inductively heats a plurality of baking plates in the form of susceptor plates without any contact.

  • Patent number: 6575083
Abstract: The baking device produces endless strips of baked goods from pourable baking dough. A cylindrical baking ring of metal is disposed to rotate about its central axis, while it is supported outside its center. The baking ring has one or more endless baking surfaces on which the strips are produced. A stationary depositing device deposits baking mass onto the rotating baking surface before the baking surface travels into a baking zone. A stationary receiving device removes the at least partially baked strips from the baking ring for further processing. A stationary electrical induction coil is disposed in the baking zone. The induction coil is arranged adjacent the baking ring so that the ring, as it moves through the magnetic field of the coil, is heated by induction for generating heat with which the strips are baked from below.

  • Patent number: 6190714
Abstract: Filled wafer blocks are made by feeding preliminary blocks at a lower level to a stacking station and then feeding a wafer sheet coated on an upper side with a spread to that location, gripping them and inverting them as they are laid on the lower block to form a filled block in the production of filled wafers and the like. The filled wafer blocks can also have uncoated sheets laid onto the blocks.

  • Patent number: 6102190
Abstract: Device for intermittently transporting objects, in particular coated wafer sheets or filled wafer blocks. At least one stop (5) that can be lowered below a transport plane is mounted downstream of a device (2) that pushes the objects (1) forward in the transport plane. The stop (5) has a bearing surface which is associated to the front face of the objects (1) and can be moved back and forth between an upper position in which it projects upwards with its bearing surface above the transport plane and a lower position in which it is lowered below the transport plane. At least one scraper (12, 13) associated to the bearing surface is arranged along the path of displacement of the bearing surface. The stop (5) consists of a moulded body (7) that be moved up and down and of a bearing surface that can be moved in relation to the moulded body (7) between a work position associated to the front face of the objects (1) and a rest position removed therefrom.

  • Patent number: 5955129
Abstract: Disclosed are devices and processes for producing baked thin-walled shaped articles from baking or pouring mixtures which expand during the baking process. The bottom half (18) of a baking mold (16) for producing thin-walled shaped articles is accommodated in the bottom tongs section (13) of a pair of baking tongs (7) and the top half (17) of the baking mold is accommodated in the top tongs section (15) of the tongs (7). The mold halves (17, 18) and tongs sections (13, 15) are provided with stop surfaces (68c, 64d) and sealing surfaces (17a, 18a, 21a, 22a) and are in mutual contact when the baking mold (16) is closed. At least one clamp device (30, 31) is provided to press the mold halves (17, 18, 21, 22) of the closed baking mold (16) together; said clamp device forces at least the two mold halves (17, 18) of the closed baking mold (16) together with a predetermined clamping force during clamping and eliminates at least the play between them.
