  • Publication number: 20200205302
Abstract: A display device comprising a display (2), with electronic components, and a transparent front pane (1) arranged in front of the display. The display (2) is connected to a support (3) and is adjustable mounted along an axis extending perpendicularly to the planes defined by the surfaces of the front pane (1) and the display (2) between a minimum value distance between the display (2) and the front pane (1) and a maximum value for the distance between the display (2) and the front pane (1). The display device has a mechanism (4, 15) by which the distance between the display (2) and the front pane (1) can be dynamically modified as a function of the temperature. When the temperature falls below a lower threshold, the distance assumes the minimum value, and, when the temperature is above the lower threshold, the distance is increased up to an upper threshold.

  • Patent number: 9792811
Abstract: Access rights are controlled in a cyclically operated transport system having spatially-defined embarkation and disembarkation areas. The access to the transport system occurs without access monitoring in the embarkation areas, but the access rights of the persons on board the transport system are read remotely during travel by an externally mounted, stationary reading device. If the number of detected valid access rights is less than the number of persons on board the transport system, and/or if a discrepancy exists between the number of detected valid access rights per access right category and the number of persons on board the transport system per access right category, then the access rights are monitored after disembarkation in order to identify the person or persons without access rights.

  • Patent number: 7263803
Abstract: A barrier is formed such that its barrier arm automatically moves back to its blocking position after forceful opening of the barrier. The barrier arm is pivotally mounted to a barrier post about a horizontal axis. The barrier post is formed to include a swivel joint having a vertical axis around which the barrier arm swivels upon forceful opening.
